- 2 CUPS - WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
- 1 ½ CUP - WATER
- 1 TBSP - MAPLE SYRUP
- 1 TSP - SALT
- 1 TBSP - ACTIVE DRY YEAST
- 2 TBSP - NAKED PROTEIN POWDER
Method:
STEP 1: MIX IN THE DRY INGREDIENTS
STEP 2: WARM THE WATER SLIGHTLY, AND ADD IT SLOWLY DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH WATER YOUR BREAD NEEDS.
STEP 3: YOUR DOUGH DOES NOT NEED TO BE KNEADED, IT JUST NEEDS TO BE MIXED
STEP 4: LET YOUR DOUGH REST IN THE BREAD TRAY FOR 20-30 MINUTES. YOUR DOUGH SHOULD ABOUT DOUBLE IN SIZE.
STEP 5: POP THE BREAD INTO THE OVEN FOR 40 MINUTES.
