Plant Power comes from the belief that good nutrition should work in everyday life.

Our story begins with our founder Kajal Bhatia, an Accredited Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience in nutrition and lifestyle transformation.

Over the years, Kajal has worked across clinical nutrition, corporate wellness and food innovation, with organisations including BCG, Google, RoundGlass and Raw Pressery. She is also a recipient of the India’s Best Health Blogger Award and leads a plant-based nutrition academy.

Her experience in helping people make sustainable changes to their eating habits led to a question: can everyday food make nourishing ourselves a little easier?
